Disgusting. Are Brits up in arms over this?
It was already a private company so at this point who tf cares. Current owners have repeatedly shown zero regard for their employees and contractors in the (presumably still ongoing) post office scandal. The real crime was privatisation in 2012 or whenever. But yeah I agree - fucking disgusting isn’t it.
Will this crucial institution be safe in the hands of a technocrat in energy who deals with Russia mainly?
At least ownership and taxes must be in Britain for five years, so it’s safe perpetuity.
