    Actual sentence could be anywhere from probation, to 30 days, to 4 years.

    Mainstream coverage has their legal experts basically non committal on guessed actual sentence as this is totally unprecedented.

    Sentencing is set for July 11, 4 days before the RNC, though Trumps lawyers will attempt to appeal and push back sentencing.

    One thing that is certain is that being a convicted felon will likely make sentences harsher in his other ongoing legal stuff.

    I am guessing Legal Eagle is rushing to make a vid on this.

    And yes, a convicted felon can legally run for President… though if he is literally incarcerated during the term he’s elected to… no fucking clue how that works, again, unprecedented.
