Onions, carrots, potatoes, peppers, celery, etc. Leafy stuff lasts a couple weeks at most but usually less. That said, it’s obviously not in the best condition by the end, but it is still edible. And frozen/canned goods, rice, beans, and pasta.
How does your produce last that long
Some stuff lasts for a long time, most of the time. Onions, carrots, potatoes, peppers, celery, etc. Leafy stuff lasts a couple weeks at most but usually less. That said, it’s obviously not in the best condition by the end, but it is still edible.
