US health regulator advisers have voted against a therapy based on MDMA for PTSD patients.

    I heard a podcast about this, and apparently, the study that was submitted was kind of flawed and had some testimony against it from the participants who had a bad experience.

    If I were to guess, a better study would probably sway the FDA a little bit more, should one be presented.

    We have to remember that post-hydrocodone, the FDA is wary about randomly approving drugs that “might help” but have the tendency to be habit forming.

    There’s a good reason for this vote.

      MDMA didn’t have a lobbyist group in its favor, otherwise we’d probably be all aware of the reality of effects like Oxycontin.

          One hit of MDMA and Cannabis and you’re fine. One dose of opioids and you’re hooked for life, giving companies money and willing to pay for it over rent, food, your hobbies, your interests, and willing to stay with it over your friends and family.

          Which one is legal?
