    For having an explosive or incindary device on an aircraft. That’s pretty weak since these are fireworks. And not even mortars at that, at least as described. Broke the law in a very technical sense.

      Article seems to imply that he could’ve just gotten relevant permits. Seems like other than that he wasn’t too careless with this stunt, as opposed to the Tesla jump vid he did.

      Still, he should’ve probably gotten the permits and a firetruck on standby.

        Yea, I was trying to figure out if it was just permits or not since they mention both things. If it was really just permits, doesn’t that seem like it should just be a fine?

      Sounds like one of those it should obviously be illegal to do, but we don’t have a specific law yet. So in a few years you’ll probably see an amendment to specify this act in a few laws.
