Hmm in most countries: Satellite connectivity isn’t offered on iPhone models purchased in Armenia, Belarus, China mainland, Hong Kong, Macao, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Russia. Apparently no paid agreements to use satellite around those regions.
