      You’ve misread the ad. They aren’t financially stable—you need to be financially stable. They’re looking for a sugar daddy who will also have to pay child support. A 4br 3ba in Kenton typically rents in the high $2000’s to low $3000’s.

        Lol no, I’m ignoring all of the obvious whackery going on. They are (a little too) forthcoming about all of that, which makes the financial part of this all the more suspect.

        I agree that the price isn’t wild or anything. But I am always highly skeptical about being the last person to move into a place. It’s easy for everyone else to decide they deserve to each pay less and make you pay more. And if someone is making payments on the home, it gets a bit more complicated. And with the way it’s worded and the…service…they’re requesting…
