Any 3d printing nerd that can point me in the right direction? The amount of brands out there is overwhelming.

if u want a hassle free experience buy a bamboo labs printer any is fine they are all good, if u dont like bamboo labs as a company get a prusa they are also great. if u dont wanna spend that much u really just gotta look up printer review on youtube and see if anything interest u but honestly they are worth the price, the costumer support and quality control alone are worth it.

also avoid resin like the plague u need a lot of setup and a big space permanently dedicated to it and even then its a pain in the ass and its such a pain in the ass that it will make u not want to print things.

i followed this advice, went for the A1 mini ($200). Perfect recommendations really, this thing is just set and forge. Why does bambu labs have bad rep?

To my dismay they dont have bad rep. They just give off the vibes of wanting to be HP and i would hate for 3d printers to go the same way of inkjet printers but i have to admit they are the best right now.
