Report: Potential NYT lawsuit could force OpenAI to wipe ChatGPT and start over

OpenAI could be fined up to $150,000 for each piece of infringing content.

A title I never expected to write, but there it is.

NYT updated their TOS to prevent scraping for AI training purposes and might be able to cripple OpenAI with their lawsuit.
