You people say great man theory is wrong, yet Julius Caesar and General Tsao live on for millennia with their recipes.

I’ve made this salad countless times and I really don’t think the anchovies are as important as the purists make it seem. Just adding some extra salt and some MSG works just fine.

If anyone has ideas for good vegan substitutes for egg yolk and parmesan, I’m all ears.
