Is there any recommendations about lightweight browser (about ram management). I’m using Iceraven but is more a more eater. Anyone tried Naked Browser?

Chromite is smooth though perhaps not much less memory usage than the ones based on Firefox.

If not then Jelly, the default browser based on webview LOS. *Not a big deal using webview as long as I never log in to G.

thanks a lot, where can I look for that browser? Until now Cromite is less memory usage than Iceraven or Mull. With both of that I get the warning of memory usage on the blackberry

I suppose you can get it from here though note that it’s not that functional.

If Cromite is working fine for you, then better sticking with it

Unfortunately the only other option I know of is a web browser that uses webview (which is the system browser also made by google unfortunately ). You can try it with “fulguris” or “privacy browser” or some other ones (never really heard of naked browser). They are fast and tend to use a little bit less resources in my past experience. Also this two I named come with some adblocking. They probably phone back to google less then chrome but I don’t know how much of an improvement they are as I didn’t really research too much into that.

Made a mistake…it was browser, not launcher

Lightest is either NetSurf, or if you want to go barebones, Links. Realistically, Firefox with uBlock Origin hard mode blocks too many scripts, while allowing to whitelist the 1-2 needed scripts.
