As a protestant you don’t have adoration, though you could stop by a Catholic Church. Still 30 minutes a day with Jesus, just being with him and asking him questions about his life, that is something you can do as a protest. Prayerfully read the bible every day.
Pray the Rosary. It’s a big adjustment for a protestant, but please take my word for it. Just do it
