I wanted to know what you think of Apple news in recent weeks / months.

  • Do you have a positive opinion on future Apple Intelligence?
  • Do you find it normal for the EU to have new features that the USA and others do not have, and vice versa (iPhone Mirorring disabled in Europe in the latest macOS Beta updates, Apple Intelligence deployment canceled on this continent, etc…).
  • Are the new features in operating systems up to your expectations?
  • Let’s talk about gaming! Apple is making great partnerships with Ubisoft for example. Can we imagine a new era of gaming on Mac?

    Do you have a positive opinion on future Apple Intelligence?

    They seem to go with their typical route of limiting 3rd party tracking, but leaving 1st party tracking enabled and with them lately going all in into ad market, it’s not a good sign.

    Do you find it normal for the EU to have new features that the USA and others do not have, and vice versa?

    It’s no different from US exclusive features they had for years, it’s just now the US is not the recipient of it.

    Apple is making great partnerships with Ubisoft for example. Can we imagine a new era of gaming on Mac?

    While they did make a lot of improvements in hardware and tried to make gaming a focus lately, but their whole identity is counter to that of gaming industry. I don’t see that changing anytime soon. Apart from some media splashes, I don’t expect a lot to change.
