You kinda have two categories - someone who’s whipped up into a fervor and is telegraphing their intent. Second, the person who has an idea of what the fuck they’re doing and knows to keep their mouth shut, but might have a paper trail of different purchases. That second part of guy no 2 will have a file that will grow much more slowly, because it takes more time to assemble the constellation of evidence.
