The party is coalescing quickly. Trump is in for a new, reinvigorated fight. I hope he shits his pants many times over this.

God, I hope people can rally around Harris. My biggest concern with the sudden change was fracturing across the Dems. I hope it’s just a concern

I think Harris is the right choice for the circumstances. I’m glad everyone is coming out so strongly for Harris. I was really worried when people were talking about who should replace Biden on the ticket and there was no consensus at all, and Harris was barely discussed and polling badly. I think the unity will give Harris the bump in polls she needs.

This pause as certain parties wait around for their scripts is refreshing. It’s just the calm before the storm, but it’s a welcome reprieve.

Kamala is a fairly centrist cop. Get her an old white guy vp and we are good. Just need to make sure it is only manchin level stupids challenging her.

So… I love them but we need to preemptively muzzle The Squad

A lot of them don’t want him. Hell, huge amounts of Republicans are following Nikki and voting Dem now. They have become a cult, and like any cult, they become more radical over time. The more radical they become, the less that remain, making the remaining few even more radical. That happens over and over till there are a very radical few left who do something crazy.

Biden was never getting donations because he’s Biden.

He got them because he’s not trump, something Kamala shares. And Biden was even getting some donations held back after his debate.

So as soon as he stepped down there was going to be a short term flood and long term… Probably exactly the same.

It’s something Biden supporters just couldn’t understand about Biden. Literally anyone else has all the positives because Joe’s only positive was the letter by his name.
