    how is this even a thing, you would think 3rd time would be enough or that 911 caller would ID a child’s voice.

      But if it’s real and they don’t send the team, it would be considerably worse PR then “we wasted time and resources”.

        Well this policy clearly invites bad faith actors and people who get paid money for managing it, don’t seem to give any fucks about managing the threat.

    In the case of this kid, he made threats about bombs placed in various locations, threatened to commit mass shootings, or stated that a teacher or students had been shot, according to local authorities.

    He was in Virginia, swatted schools in Florida.
