      They are not gonna pay

      A judge ordered the payment in a civil case, but it’s unlikely to be paid as the funeral home owners, Jon and Carie Hallford, had been in serious financial difficulties.

    It’s wild that Colorado has no requirements to open a funeral home. No degree, no license, not even graduating high school. This incident is one of several in the past few years.
