Definitely not a good look for the Supreme Court. They should not be involved with the legislative process either for good or bad.
Yea they shouldnāt be involved with legislating but our legislature and the people meant to represent us have devolved so much that the Supreme Court is basically the only functioning legislating bodyāand has been for a long time, atleast since Roe vs. Wade.
Our legislature is a failure, the Supreme Court as it stands wouldnāt have much power or authority to make these legal changes if this country actually made laws.
