      Piggybacking on your context for more context: this affects Web Help Desk only. I point this out because my shop (and many others, apparently) referred to and acted as if all SolarWinds products were the same thing. And it drove me up a freakin wall. I administered Orion and a bucketful of modules that departments requested but never bothered to utilize (looking at you, UDT). Then one day SW bought Ignite and suddenly I have DBAs knocking down my door for more licenses. And then I’m somehow the administrator of DPA despite knowing nothing about it because “SolarWinds.”

      I am glad to be rid of that place.
