From top left clockwise: Aldi’s potato scallop, peas, sauted mushrooms with chives, marinated lamb ribs definitely not burnt just well done, mint jelly. Corn on the cob not pictured.
Please note that the plate is small. (26cm in diameter)
My husband made an observation. He said “I noticed that the smaller ribs did not make the photo but ended up in my lunch”. :)
So what I did was cooked the ribs in the airfryer while the potatoes cooked in the convection oven/microwave. When the potatoes were done I put the peas in there and fried up the mushrooms while the meat rested.
Suggestion: Broccolini chopped up goes well in a red sauce pasta (pasata base or jar-sauce). Add a bag of spinach; stir it in until it wilts and add more until the whole bag is in. Fills it all out.
edit: grated cheese (woolies brand, block of cheese, grated at home - the pre-grated cheese is a fkn rort) on top also makes it more filling, but cheese is exxy (sigh)
My dinner

Nice pic. I dont understand how people have the effort to create so many different components to a dish. I tip my hat.

My dinner was much less interesting

( I am tired of cooking )
That looks scrumptious, I hope you it tastes really nice!
It was really good. Thank you.
I’ll be doing good old pasta again tonight though I’m starting to think I need some veggies.

I might try and pickup some more frozen veggies next time as I’m be making more pasta dishes in the coming weeks. Just need to check my budget.
Having to go really cut back and go as cheap as I can.
Oh yum, that looks delish!
Thank you.
Aldi has scalloped potatoes? I need to investigate.
You do. It’s a must.
Yum! ⭐️
Thank you.
