Creating means modding I guess, and I wouldn’t be sufficiently available to do that, as I am also trying kbin/social and squabbles to see what sticks.
Little word about squabbles: centralized and closed source. The day the dev decides bye it’s bye, and the day the dev does something dumb, that’s it. Not federated, and ultimately nothing you can do except organize another partial exodus. At least with federated it’s much easier to have people just make a new account elsewhere, re-sub to their favorite communities and continue as if nothing had happened, losing only a bit of comment history. If you want long term reliability I think this is it. At least I worry about that somewhat more than whether the UI winks at me with its cute charm.
