Can confirm. I don’t miss or cancel GP or psych appointments since I started being responsible for paying the late cancellation fees. Not too bad with the GP because they’re just 4 hours notice, the psych may be a problem though since they’re 48 hours. I’m hoping by the time I’m next super sick, I’ll have gone enough they might consider waving it
Lack of consequences is also part of it.
If they got charged for not cancelling in time they’ll learn real fast.
