Got one when I turned 40, one of the best things I’ve ever done. Women love it, no condoms, just creampies all day. (Obviously, still get tested for STDs) Don’t have to worry about kids.

Didn’t even hurt, the worst part was smelling my jizz tubes being burnt shut. Had a dull pain for a day or two, that was it. And insurance paid for it!

    I got it done at 35, it went pretty well and I was into work that night with an ice pack on my nuts. I booked it when I had a month of desk work instead of being on the floor doing lifting.

    There was a small complication, I had swelling in one testes and had to go in a month later to get an anti-inflammatory injection directly into the ball, it is still a bit more large in the epididymis.

      I had issues with my epididymis being painful years ago.

      One of the reasons km not sure about vasectomy.

      Is epididymis issues a common side. Feel like I’m playing with fire if I have had issues before doing anything that might make those issues worse.
