    Variety is the spice of life but water wins most times for me. i still have 30 different teas at work to choose from XD

    I do this daily at work, and when I casually mentioned it to my psych he furiously wrote it down. Didn’t know it was a “thing” for us. I just always thought I liked having five different drinks to choose from, haha.

      I don’t dare say I’m undiagnosed because I simply don’t know, but I’ve been called out on doing this and thought people might relate. Good to know it’s actually a symptom

        Self-diagnosis is a valid thing, especially for adults, people of color, and people who are AFAB. Both ADHD and Autism are primarily researched in adolescent white boys, so how these diseases present in other populations is not as well known. Don’t sweat it if you don’t have a slip of paper from a doctor.

        Edit to add: there’s also the component of privilege. Not everyone can afford to go to a psychiatrist to get diagnosed.
