I know that at this point this is pretty basic, but for me, Cities Skylines 2 is the big one. It’s actually funny that at the start of the year, I wasn’t really looking forward to anything new. I was like “Yep this will be another shitty year for me” Then bamm the game gets announced. Can’t wait to build a city with all the new tools. Hopefully it won’t need 128 gigs of RAM to have some nice mods.

Another one is Life By You. This is more for the fact that EA has been shitting on The Sims for years now, so it’s nice to actually see that the competition is there, no matter how small it actually is.

So now I wanna know the opinion of the community. Which game are you all most exited by and why?

I don’t know if this counts since Paradox is only the publisher, but Star Trek: Infinite. I know it’s basically just a re-skin of Stellaris, but I’m still looking forward to it!

It absolutely counts! The community board even says “The general community for every game made or published by Paradox” so you are welcome to post/ comment about anything. :D

Yeah, honestly I didn’t even know about this one. Might have just slipped my mind or something. Hope it turns out great, even if it’s “just reskinned Stellaris.”

I’m hoping it is more than that with some unique mechanics, but what we’ve seen so far really looks like Stellaris.

We might be in for a few more years of EU IV DLCs I’d wager. Then again the next “big” game might actually be that.

I’m pretty interested in Life By You as well. Hopefully they bring some fresh ideas to the genre.

Yep, this and Paralives. Hopefully, they’ll become successful enough that even EA will have to revise their strategy regarding The Sims. I mean for the Sims 4 how much would it cost to buy every DLC? About 1000 Euros? It’s absolutely mental that they got away with this for so long.
