Nothing about this looks right, start with the tracks on the edge of that decline, the environmental impact especially longterm, the safety of the workers…

This looks super sketchy, like one wrong move could send those cars tumbling over too
It does look sketch, but I bet the tracks are on pretty solid ground. Most of the ground next to it is probably just the slag pot waste piling up.
