I don’t think there’s one that supports all of them yet. Probably the one that can handle the most is fedilab, which can handle mastodon and friendica, as well as a bunch of others like pixelfed, peertube, and pleroma. There’s also raccoon, which has separate apps for lemmy and friendica.
Yeah i think thats where I got to. Maybe #Fedilab needs to add Lemmy support.
Not really the perfect answer, but it probably helps you. Fedilab support Mastodon and Friendica account, but not lemmy account, so maybe that’s a problem for you. But you able to follow besides lemmy communities, which is normal for mastodon, lemmy instances, so the local feed as well.
