A while ago in November, it seems I missed a post from a user in the GamingOnLinux Discord server, noting that the Discord developers finally hooked up screen and audio sharing for Linux with Wayland.
Not only did it take fucking years, its only on…wayland.
So its useless, as discord usually is
I’ve been using Wayland for years so this sounded like good news. However this screen share implementation, along with Vesktop’s, gives me unusable levels of lag which isn’t present in the current Discord implementation. Lucky I guess.
