But a report released by Americans for Tax Fairness (ATF) on Thursday shows how “billionaire nepo babies” don’t just waste their families’ fortunes. They also benefit from “a rigged system” that allows them to “pass that wealth down over generations without being properly taxed–often without being taxed at all.”

    You’re right, but that doesn’t mean you should stop calling for it over and over. Make demands, even if you’re sure you’re never getting them, because if you don’t, you’re definitely not getting them. If the public keeps voicing its discontent, there’s a chance at least, no matter how slim, that they’ll concede ground, if only to avoid another Adjuster.

      You’re right of course, but it’s easy to despair that everything is going to get so much worse and it’ll be such a lot of work even to begin to rebuild the state after it’s demolished in favour of unlimited, unchecked billionaire and corporate power.
