I have noticed recently that when I pull down to refresh and then open my notification shade, the updating repositories notification no longer shows which repository is currently being requested like it used to. I personally find this lack of information somewhat annoying. If they don’t want to show which repository is currently being updated, the least they could do, at least in my opinion, would be to take the number of repositories and divide 100 by that number and get a percentage so that you could see what percent of the repositories had been updated. So it might show updating repositories 35% or something like that.

It was being shown, but it is not being shown. I’ve checked multiple times.

Edit: Either I found a bug or I’m on a newer version or something that has made a change.

@shortwavesurfer We tested latest stable 1.21.1 and our Nightlies, it does say ‘Connecting to https:…’ in the notification. Make sure you have ‘Show available updates’ setting toggled ON.

I remembered why I turned off the show available updates toggle and that’s because I really don’t want the notifications telling me which apps are updating or have been updated in my notifications. It would be a nice addition if there was a page in the app that showed recent updates.

Okay, that worked. I thought that toggle gave you a notification when updates were available to install.
