Burning gasoline kills people. It’s perfectly reasonable for the people of California, through their elected representatives, to want to ban this activity, and they have every right to do so. Your freedom ends where my health and safety begins. Full stop.

Not even going to get into the EV nit-picking stuff. I’d prefer to see people move away from EVs too but we’re not there yet.
