BART police released body camera video of a confrontation in the parking lot of the Union City Station where an officer fired at a woman as she drove off while officers tried to get her out of the car.
Even the cop’s explanation doesn’t make sense. His hand was “wedged” in the door and he felt killing the driver would prevent him from being dragged. Yet she drove off before he fired with both hands on the gun.
Sound like somebody didn’t comply. Had to shoot them. You know, not complying and all.
Usually you arrest them instead
But she was way over there. Maybe he set his bullets to stun.
No you didn’t understand. They were DRIVING AWAY. You can’t arrest them.
