The video is a year old. Have there been any updates? Is it even still relevant?
FCC policy takes years to make and decide on. We need more people to contact the FCC and to make there opinion known. I see no reason why the FCC should allow a private company to lock down and restrict access to a broadcast. OTA TV is good because it is an open standard.
