That’s with version 2a, so not yet, but it’s coming.
How about a filter to select a video of a certain length? So often it’s getting closer to bed time and I need a 15 minute video. Why not make that a thing?

This is self-reporting, but - I think Youtube knows when I’m drunk. The recommendations become a lot of music videos I’ve seen before. And they’re not wrong.
They could be tracking how your mouse/input moves, but it’s probably time of day based too.
