Once at the monitor, the ref has full control.

      Yeah, I haven’t seen the replays and can’t say whether it was deserved or not, but I know it was the Brooks card in the Chelsea game.

        Was that the one where he chopped Cucurella’s head? Was watching the Liverpool game at the bar so didn’t pay much attention the outcome of it.
