Amid the TikTok shutdown, in a rare move, Apple published a statement and a support document listing all affected apps that are inaccessible in the U.S. The iPhone maker typically doesn’t publish information for when it blocks apps.
Here is the full list of apps that Apple has removed:
TikTok
TikTok Studio
TikTok Shop Seller Center
CapCut
Lemon8
Hypic
Lark – Team Collaboration
Lark – Rooms Display
Lark Rooms Controller
Gauth: AI Study Companion
MARVEL SNAPOOTL
What’s the deal with Marvel Snap?
Also interesting that RedNote isn’t among this list.
In a statement issued by Second Dinner, the studio behind Snap, the game getting caught in the net of the TikTok shutdown was a complete surprise. But since the game is published by Nuverse, a subsidiary of ByteDance, the app was held to the same complicated standards as TikTok. Second Dinner was quick to promise that Snap “isn’t going anywhere.”

They have to give 1 year notice to ban something. The apps that got banned are all subsidiaries of ByteDance, the company that owns TikTok.
Honestly, good riddance. Do Meta next.
