I am not kidding, joking, or scamming when I say that I really do, in fact, have REAL HYPOGLYCEMIA. It, Unfortunately, runs in my family. My mother and both my sisters also have it. So please trust and believe that I take it very seriously. I’m currently shaking badly, I’m dizzy, and I have a massive headache due to the fact that my blood sugar( glucose) level is so unbelievably low right now. I’m asking that if anybody can find it in their heart to possibly send me however much they are able to, that would be so extremely awesome. I will for certain be the most thankful person in the world. As I stated, its very important that I get glucose in my body like now. I’m on the verge of having a hypoglycemic seizure, for real. Please, please believe me. Even a few bucks will help, just so I can at least get some orange juice or something. I promise to post a picture afterwards to show and prove that I really did in fact buy groceries, just so you can see that I’m being completely honest. Please help me out.
