    A few things: nobody needs to know how many feet are in a nautical mile, nor square feet in an acre, and nobody uses stone in the US. 12 inches to a foot would actually be better than 10 for everyday use if all gradations were 12 because you can easily divide by 2, 3, 4, or 6 and it gives you nice round numbers.

    And the conversions between US fluid measurements suck, plain and simple.
