    I take that too, and feel like it’s not really helping. Do you mind if I ask what dosage you’re at?

      2 x 40 mg capsules.

      I’ve been on it for about a month, and started noticing effects after two weeks or so.

      If it isn’t working for you, let your doc/psychiatrist know.
