Morning Walk

I have several images of this great blue heron (Ardea herodias), and I really enjoy them, so please forgive me for sharing one every so often. I initially intended to post this as a black and white photo but then aimed for a selective color image by keeping everything black and white except for the sandbar. Although I don’t think I quite achieved that effect, I still like the image.
