    Am I the only one thinking about the possible eye damage from all that random laser flying around? But maybe these pens don’t have enough power to require eye protection.

      No, they do. Never shine a laser in someone’s eye, regardless the laser power or wavelength.

      Edit: Light between 400-1400 nm can enter your lens and damage your fovea. Anything else will begin to cook your eye.
