They’re not allowed to keep donations for themselves and I can’t find mention of any additional pay packages. Can you show me where this additional $126K is coming from?

Last I checked (just now), US representatives make $174K/year. They’re not allowed to keep donations for themselves and I can’t find mention of any additional pay packages.
