That sounds like a very bad idea. Even if data is safe due E2EE relying on hostile nation for communications is big no-no.
It really isn’t the bad. The US is a European ally and all the software listed is made by reputable companies that don’t share data outside of the company. In the case of Signal everything is encrypted and in the case of Teams the user controls are tightly controlled.
