This is going to be crazy if so, I just wonder how many full time short term rentals there will be.
It’s just gentrification and elimination of affordable housing. Presidium Group bought the apartment complex I used to live in on Riverside and changed the countertops and then demanded double the rent. They were also very aggressive about coming into our apartment whenever they wanted to do “renovations”.
Wonder what this will do to the crime rate in the area. More nice stuff to break into or gentrification of the area pushing the crime away?
