    I wonder why it’s not talked about by Westerners as much as ideological issues, but war is a pretty nice excuse for politcians to make some money.

    You know how churches in anime/manga usually abuse religions for profit? Same thing but with “Democracy”.

    Of course not. Fighting a war is not what they want. Funneling our money into the war industry is what they want. USA defense budget is around a trillion dollars per year and the pentagon can only account for 40% of that every year.

    America will do to all of europe what it did to ukraine. Have their people fight the wars with American weapons while enriching the weapons manufacturers. Then once theyre decimated and desperate swoop in to loot the remains.

      I originally come from the region ASML is from and it seems they don’t really have that goodwill. If they remained Philips then The Netherlands would have an entire army from the Eindhoven region alone, willing to fight, but now it’s just a shit company that buys every single available house in the region to put their expats in.

    Europe’s lying news to go all in on this war with Russia is really astounding to me. I honestly don’t get it, must be because of proximity or something because I do not see how continuing is a good idea at all.
