The raccoons aren’t pets, if that’s what you’re asking, they moved into a disorderly garage out of their own volition. As to why the neighbors fail to clean up now, I don’t really know. There’s some contrived argumentation, but I think they simply don’t want to.

Is it because they claim they don’t own them? I assumed ownership of various invasive species like raccoons was banned EU-wide.
