Got up early and went down to my local nature reserve around 8am. Twas -2C when I got there, but the sun was out as were a few birds .
This one is a Treecreeper (I think it is known as a Brown Creeper across the pond.

Also a cold start over here but super foggy, walking a nature reserve while the fog lifts was eerie but also quite pretty.
@[email protected] I was hoping for a little fog here, but none came. Tree creepers don’t really stop moving. You have to wait a few feet above where they are and hope the cross the cameras path…
@[email protected] today’s view at the reception hide at Strumpshaw, it was thicker when we left the house but thankfully had started to clear slowly when we got there.
I know what you mean about the creepers, unfortunately they weren’t coming down that low when they were nearer us.
