Canada and the Philippines, both vocal critics of China’s increasingly aggressive actions in the South China Sea, have concluded negotiations for a key defense pact that will allow their forces to hold large combat exercises and intensify defense cooperation.

    So embarassing. Philippines is a US colony turning away from Chinese development for destruction by US proxy. Lets be a better US doormat… unless you expect Philippines to defend Canada in obvious ways, or buy our wheat instead of US wheat.
