I don’t have a personality disorder. The other guy in my head on the other hand…
I have an appointment tomorrow with a clinical psychologist to find out if the dozens of other clinicians I’ve worked with for decades missed an entire personality disorder which I had to figure out on my own that I probably have.
Dozens of psychologists? Can’t say you’re not leaving any stones unturned, that’s for sure!
Dozens of clinicians. Counselors, therapists, social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists, etc. 25 years of ineffective treatment. If it turns out I’m right then I’m closer than ever to understanding why I’m still so depressed after all that work. Either that, or I’ve finally lost my mind. Mental illness is fun!
