It costs money (and the lead dev/owner is very much a libertarian tech bro) but I love Kagi for this. I can adjust the priority of various websites in my results or outright block them (guess what I do to the fandom wikis once an official alternative is in place?). And I even set it up so I search with my kagi token even from the steam shift-tab web browser.
